Us Fest wouldn't be possible without the support of our incredible community.

This year, there are several ways to get involved as a volunteer. Opportunities include setup, parking, takedown, rovers, potluck coordination, and kids' activities. Volunteers will receive a ticket discount based on the number of hours they contribute. If you choose to volunteer and still purchase a full-price ticket, we are deeply grateful for your generosity. All volunteers must be 18 or older. If you sign up to volunteer, we need you to be on time and complete your entire shift!

• Volunteering for 7 hours earns you a full-price ticket valued at $240.

• Volunteering for 4 hours earns you a half-price ticket valued at $120.

  • Once you sign up, we will send you a ticket link with a discount code. You may need to sign up for more than one position to meet the required hours.

• A volunteer sign-in and sign-out sheet will be available at the outdoor kitchen. Signing in and out is mandatory in order to receive a discounted ticket. If you do not sign in and out, you will be responsible for paying the full ticket price.

• If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we can fill your spot.

Most of the volunteer work will happen during this time, which is key for the weekend. We'll begin setting up on Thursday at 5 pm and aim to finish by 4 pm on Friday. Setting up the tent, placing signs, decorations and more.

Checking people in upon arrival, handing out wristbands and event schedules, and ensuring they're parked and ready for the weekend ahead. Parking volunteers will start on Friday at 3 pm - 7 pm.

We need volunteers for each kids' activity. There will be kids' art and activities in the morning and afternoon, as well as movie and game nights on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We are looking for 2 volunteers to oversee the potluck for Dinner on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. Duties will be set up, monitoring, and clean up.

Rovers will help clean up trash, pick up dog poop, restock bathrooms, and support other needs as they arise. You’ll have a two-hour window to complete these tasks on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Festival takedown will start on Monday after the closing ceremony around 1pm and last until completion. Last year this ended up being over 60 man hours for Clean-up. It took 3 of us two full days so this year, this will be a volunteer priority so we really can use your help!  

We’re looking for a kind and capable human to serve as on-call medical support during Us Fest. While we’ve been fortunate to never have a major issue, we want to be prepared as our community continues to grow. Us Fest is a small, family-friendly gathering of around 250 people, including kids, adults, and pups. Many attendees are medical professionals, and we’d love to have someone with CPR and basic first aid training available for a portion of the weekend. During your shift, you’ll carry a radio to respond quickly if needed and serve as a calm, grounded presence in case a splinter turns into something more or someone needs care beyond a hug and some herbal salve. This is a volunteer-only role with no ticket reimbursement, but you will receive a free festival ticket in appreciation for your support.
