Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the 11th Annual Us Fest – a celebration of music, movement, and community. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to protect our attendees, volunteers, artists, staff, and the sacred land that holds us.
General Admission

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued for weather-related or personal reasons.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. If you can't make it, you can post it on the Us Fest Facebook event page or contact TC.

Us Fest reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule artists, performances, or activities at any time without prior notice.
Code of Conduct

Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Any individual found supplying alcohol to minors or consuming underage will be removed from the event immediately.

No illegal drug use or distribution is allowed. Anyone violating this will be escorted off the property and may be subject to legal action.

We expect everyone to treat each other, the land, and the space with respect and care.

Harassment of any kind, including inappropriate behavior, violence, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.

Minors and Guest Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children and children’s guests at all times.

If a minor attends the event with someone other than their parent or legal guardian, the adult who purchased that minor’s ticket assumes full responsibility for that minor for the duration of the event.

This includes situations where a child brings a friend. The parent or adult who purchases the ticket for that friend is considered the designated responsible adult and accepts full responsibility for that minor’s supervision, safety, and behavior.
By purchasing a ticket for a minor, you agree to:

Be the designated responsible adult for that minor

Ensure they follow all event policies and guidelines

Accept full liability for any actions, damages, or incidents involving that minor

This explicitly includes any issues related to underage drinking, substance use, or unsafe behavior.

If a minor is found engaging in underage drinking, substance use, or unsafe conduct, both the minor and the responsible adult may be removed from the event without refund.
Safety and Natural Hazards

This event takes place on rural, natural land with inherent risks.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept that the property includes potential hazards, including but not limited to:

Marked cliff areas

Rivers, streams, and fast-moving water
-
Uneven terrain, rocks, roots, and ground conditions that may cause slips, trips, or rolled ankles

Low visibility conditions at night
-
Wildlife and natural environmental elements
-
You accept full responsibility for your movement and safety while on the property and agree to use awareness and caution at all times.

Parents and responsible adults agree to actively supervise minors and ensure they understand and respect these environmental hazards.
Safety and Security

Entry is at the discretion of festival staff and security. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry to anyone who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the event environment.

First aid services will be available on-site. Please notify staff immediately if you or someone you know needs assistance.
Property and Environment

Pack it in, pack it out. Respect the land and leave no trace.

Fires are only permitted in designated areas and must be monitored at all times. Small propane gas fires are allowed at your camp.

Be mindful of shared spaces, wildlife, and water sources.

Camp quiet hours are from 11pm to 9am.

Loud sound systems in the campgrounds are prohibited.
Photography and Media
By attending Us Fest, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant permission for images and video to be used by Us Fest and Best1ever LLC for promotional and community purposes. If you do not consent with this, please contact Todd Cover for images to be omitted.
Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event grounds, you acknowledge that participation in Us Fest is voluntary and that you accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

You understand that attending a multi-day outdoor event includes inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
You hereby release and discharge:

Us Fest - All organizers, performers, facilitators, volunteers, vendors, and affiliates

Picaflores Old Growth Sanctuary
from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, related to any injury, loss, illness, property damage, or other harm that may occur during the event.
By entering the grounds, you agree not to pursue legal action against any of the parties listed above and accept full responsibility for your decision to attend and participate.
