Bio: Kevin Kraft is a musician, sound healer, international yoga & meditation instructor and children’s book author of Ohmmmmmmm. For over 15 years, Kevin has been the sounder and founder of Soundshala (www.soundshala.com), a unique mindfulness and music curriculum combining Kriya Yoga, music, journaling, breathwork, and meditation to help
achieve the mindful benefits of a sound sacred awareness practice. This is expressed in his soundscape of voice, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes and other instruments that help us relax and release deeply into harmony & balance. Soundshala offers its signature offerings for children, the aging demographic, organizations, as well as the general public through regular classes, certification programs, workshops, retreats, festivals and keynote engagements.
Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and increasing the level of our own personal awareness and access to the depths of consciousness. These practices help to release the body's mental and physical layers of tension we so often deeply hold onto. Through the practices of cultivating our listening skills, we grow amidst both the noise and the silence of vibration. We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence which is our natural authentic self.

ADAM TUTOR
Men and Tweens Circles
Description: Men’s Circle: The sacred masculine exists in a place of expanded capacity, a willingness to hold, and the ability to find stillness amidst it all. Come meet your brothers in a space where challenge meets compassion, expression arises with intention, and discipline dances with discernment. We will use embodiment exercises, vocal liberation, and conscious connection to build a bridge to the healthy version of masculinity that exists within all of us.
Tween Circle: “We cannot be what we cannot see,” Our young men are growing up with many examples of what it means to be a man, and very few, if any, are based upon a deep relationship with the sacred. What does it mean to be a responsible man? How do we express our feelings when the world says? Where are the young men who see the world I do? Through these
questions, embodiment exercises, and conscious play, we will explore the identity of boyhood and the transition to manhood in a safe and sacred way.
Bio: My name is Adam Tutor. I am the creative guide and source behind Disciple of the Wild, a modern brand of coaching informed by ancient ways of living. I am here on this planet leading a micro-movement of men and boys across the threshold of transformation and back to a place of service where they can feel their hearts, heal their families, and serve the world. Currently, I am launching my greatest endeavor to date, Wild Discipline, a 6-month rites of passage journey. Through elder mentorship, wild rites, and discipline of mind/body/spirit, I am committed to restoring the heart of masculinity.

Born and raised in Mexico, she started crafting and learning about food at a very early age. For her, food, art and spirituality are deeply intertwined, and she believes going to the Source of where things come from is elemental to honoring the ones that walked before us and to truly connecting with ourselves + what we are creating or consuming. Her prayer is to inspire others through her work and creations to look inside and open our hearts to the healing creative magic that lives within us and all around us, (re)membering our inner child’s imagination + our own sacred creative gift(s).
