WHITNAI STONE
Whitnai is a breathwork facilitator, artist, and founder of Ancient Light Breathwork. Her work lives where science meets ancient wisdom — rooted in reverence for the body as intelligent, living technology. Through devoted practice and personal passage through trauma, transformation, awakening, she knows breath as a tool for regulation, remembrance, expansion. Ceremonies are immersive, multidimensional. Breath becomes the bridge. The body softens. The encoded light comes online. We are complete… and the process of that discovery is a reclamation. Everything we need is already here, waiting to be remembered.
Workshop: A BREATH OFFERING - Ancient Light Breathwork × Source Code Temple
I rise like Nefertem from the lotus.
We open with Sesen, the blue lotus, served as tea, the first doorway to source. Golden magic medicine follows, kin for the journey, alchemized with chosen frequency. Then the breath becomes circular, an old rhythm with no beginning and no end. The old tongue rises. Crystal sings. The body remembers what it has always known. We close in long, slow integration, savasana, sound, snack, sharing, letting the work settle deep into the bones. Bring water. Bring a blanket. Bring the part of you that is ready to come home.

BRYAN GROSSO &
SOURCE CODE TEMPLE
Source Code Temple began on the seeker's road. Years of practice. Years of teachers. The slow work of becoming. Kemet was the fulcrum — the place where the receiving became the offering. What rises now is ceremonial arts. Held in lineage. Carried with care. Offered to those drawn to the Ancient Future path — those ready to remember what the body has always known, ready to step into the long work of return. The source code is the soul. The temple is the human form. The doorway opens from within.

Rooted Flow Yoga
Description: Come join Kimmy Carter for this pelvic floor-focused yoga and learn to access your inner abdominal wall, which connects to your pelvic floor and helps hold your organs in and up. You’ll explore a few techniques to engage muscles you may not have even known you could access. This is great for your lower back, lower abdominal strength, and especially helpful if you laugh, cough, or sneeze and experience a little drip drop of pee. See how easy it is to build strength from the inside out! Come learn a thing or two and have fun doing it!
Bring a yoga strap if you have one, or a pair of thinish socks you can ball up.
Bio: Kimmy has been teaching yoga since 2012. She has over 1000 hours of teacher training and focuses on pelvic floor weakness and dysfunction. If you laugh-cough or sneeze and pee your pants, this is NOT NORMAL. Let’s fix it! And if you want stronger sensations in the bedroom😉come practice with me! The pelvic floor muscles are accessible to everyone. Most of them are done lying down or seated. Everyone has heard of a kegel but not taught how to access these muscles correctly or completely. I will teach you how to access the other 2 layers in the pelvic floor and have fun doing it! Come join me!!!!
