ARRIVAL AND CAMP SET-UP                      

3pm - Picaflores 

 

Once arriving at the property, follow the parking volunteers to settle into your home for the weekend. There are two entrances to the festival grounds. If you’re coming from Bend, the east entrance is for tents, cars, vans, small campers, and band camping. The second is the west entrance is for larger RVs, campers, and family camp. This is a full event, so please be mindful of the space you take up. If you want to camp near your homies, coordinate ahead of time and arrive together.

 

If you arrive after 6:30 pm on Friday, please park and join us for the opening ceremony, which wraps up around 8:00 pm. After the ceremony, we’ll help guide you to your spot for the weekend.

 

MEMORIAL TREE AND MANDALA

4pm - Camp Kitchen

 

The Memorial Tree will have a dedicated space beneath a beautiful old-growth mother tree to honor those who have left this world. This living altar is a place to remember, reflect, and celebrate the lives of those we carry in our hearts. You are welcome to bring momentos, printed photos (protected in laminated sleeves if possible), flowers, or anything meaningful to place at the tree.The memorial tree is close to all the action, so we can keep their spirits with us, call them in to dance, and hold them in our hearts all weekend long.

 

The Community Mandala is right in the heart of camp, between the kitchen and Shake Down Street, lives our community mandala. This is a living art piece, growing and evolving with every offering placed upon it. A circle of love for our planet, our community, and each other.

Bring something to add. Flowers, stones, feathers, earth elements, anything that calls to you. Place it with intention and watch our collective spirit take shape.

If you bring something you want returned, mark it with your initials.

 

OPENING CEREMONY

Join us as we open the weekend with a heartfelt ceremony to set our intentions, sing together, and gather in community. We’ll pay honor to the land, include the kids, share a group song, and receive a blessing from Klamath Tribal Elder Romain “Smokey” Miller as we ground into the magic of Us Fest.

A boy ventures beyond his artificial town in search of a real living tree, uncovering the story of a greed driven forest and the Lorax, the spirited creature who spoke for the trees. A colorful, musical adventure about nature, courage, and the power of one small seed.

LEADBETTER BAND

Leadbetter Band, based in Bend, Oregon, formed in 2017 around Eric Leadbetter’s original songs and a sound that blends vintage rock, jam vibes, and eclectic songwriting. With two lead vocalists, a tight rhythm section, and high-energy shows, they focus on original music while sprinkling in handpicked covers from rock history.

 

FRACTAL

Fractal formed in the winter of 2019 in Bend, Oregon, with members from Watkins Glen and Cosmic Evolution coming together to create a dance party vibe unlike anything Central Oregon had seen. Influenced by bands like STS9, Lotus, Phish, and Umphrey's McGee, they’ve gained a loyal following with their high-energy jam-electronica sound and grassroots, no-ego approach to live shows.

 

STARSSKREEM

Influenced by his father and raised as a hardcore junglist, Starsskreem brings audible pleasure through his carefully curated selections of Oldskool rave music from around the globe. Blending Jungle DnB, Oldskool Hardcore, Gabber, and more, his sets are designed to give to make you move like you’ve never moved before. Starsskreem creates a playful and seductive, yet frantic energy that tells a story.


 

FIRESIDE JAMS

DJ Garretson may have been born and raised in Bend, but his style of mixing international jungle, world, funk, bass and hip hop beats is anything but local. Come get sexy and swervy and stay for the late night crunchy dessert

Hailing out Los Cerritos baja sur and Port Orford Oregon, DJ Pedro spins a mix of Fresh brand new riddims. An eclectic high-energy mix of House, Hip Hop, Dancehall Reggae, Afro Pop, and Tribal Beats.

BEND BHAKTI COLLECTIVE

Rooted in Central Oregon, the Bend Bhakti Collective is a dynamic gathering of musicians united by a passion for building community through kirtan, a heart opening practice of devotional call and response chanting. Blending Sanskrit mantra with singer-songwriter influences and Western instrumentation including banjo, flute, harmonium, bass, and percussion, they create vibrant, high energy soundscapes where the boundary between musicians and audience dissolves. Come ready to sing, dance, and experience music as communal, vibrational medicine.

Us Fest Soul Family Revival is a gathering within a gathering. Women come together in circle. Men gather in theirs. COUPLES WORKSHOP - Deepening Connection and Meaning in Partnership

Stephani and Ky will guide this one hour couples workshop focused on building deeper awareness, presence, and attunement in partnership. Through experiential exercises, couples will explore self and co-regulation, develop rituals of connection, and strengthen intimacy and care. Leave with practical tools to feel more attuned to each other and show up as a better team.

Brother Gabe & Fireonyx feat. Scarlet Rae We are pleased to feature another 2nd generation US Fester for our Saturday dinner set. Brother Gabe’s daughter and talented young chanteuse, Scarlet Rae has been coming to US Fest since she was in 1st grade. Scarlet is 15 now and over the last year has begun performing live with her Dad. Picking up where Brother Gabe’s pre-pandemic Funk band ELEKTRAPOD left off, FIREONYX features the same core 4 musicians as MFG & Watkins Glen and is far more song-oriented, focusing largely on original material and Soul/Pop covers w/ Scarlet Rae singing lead. Don’t miss this awesome multi-generational project!

MFG - Music Feels Good

MFG - Music Feels Good Malaika Angelica (nee Maxwell Friedman) is one of the most profoundly talented and expressive musicians this region has ever produced and she was raised going to Us Fest nearly every Spring with her parents. Her neo-soul jazz funk fusion group MFG (Music Feels Good) previously known as Maxwell Friedman Group, has been featured twice before on the Us Fest lineup of performers when Malaika was in her teens. Now 22 years young and having played half her life professionally, she has returned to the NW after 4 years in New York City, Malaika has re-booted MFG and has hit the ground running, including multiple tour dates supporting Karl Denson's Tiny Universe in January and a forthcoming EP featuring world-famous Lettuce drummer Adam Deitch. This incarnation of MFG features "Brother Gabe" Johnson (Watkins Glen, Sonic Benders) on guitar, Mark Karwan (Watkins Glen, Quattlebaum, Jenner Fox) on bass and Kyle Pickard (TEB, Watkins Glen) on drums. Prepare to get funked up Us Fest !

 

WATKINS GLEN - Soulshine Daydream

Watkins Glen returns to Us Fest with their 6 piece Soulshine Daydream formation playing the music of the Grateful Dead & The Allman Brothers Band marinated in a rich 70s Funk/Soul stew. Leader "Brother Gabe" Johnson on guitar/vocals is joined by Pete Kartsounes on guitar/vocals, Malaika Angelica (aka Maxwell Friedman) on keys, Mark Karwan on bass, Kyle Pickard on drums and Jarrod Donatelli (Fractal) on percussion. This squad of sweet badasses truly honors the legacy and future of great American music, while they take US on an epic magic carpet ride of psychedelic rock adventures. Let's groove baby!

 

OPEN DECKS LOUNGE

New this year: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30–11pm, the Boom Boom Room becomes Open Decks Lounge before the night kicks into gear. Lower volume, mellow tunes, and non-continuous mixing create a hangout rather than a dance floor, where DJs share technique and curious attendees can swap craft, especially younger DJs and producers looking to mix in front of people for the first time or learn how others put a set together. At 10:30pm, Meredith's glow furniture moves out front and the Boom Boom Room transitions into its full revolving format.

For tonights Boom Room main event, we are bringing together four of our community's freshest DJs for a night of pure fire. Each artist steps up for three sets, weaving together seamlessly to create one unstoppable flow of music. This is how the cool kids do it and everyone is a star.

 

WELTERWEIGHT 

 

Welterweight entered the music scene in 2013 with a deep love for all genres and quickly stood out for his ability to play to any crowd. Known for high-energy sets and seamless mixing, he lights up dance floors with a journey through electronic music, from drum and bass to house, trap, phonk, breaks, and beyond.

 

GIANCARLO

 

Giancarlo is a DJ and Producer originally from the Philadelphia area, now residing in Bend, OR. A member of the Fantastic Voyage label family with more than two decades of experience behind the decks, he creates and performs music that spans multiple genres of dance music. His primary inspirations are Jungle, UK Garage, Techno, Hip-Hop, House, and Classic Underground.

 

ELLS 

 

Spanning multiple genres and tempos, Ells has been rocking dance floors since the 90s underground electronic music scene, bringing a wide range of influences and a tasteful spin on all things good. With a passion for house and bass music, he crafts irresistible sonic experiences that blend hip hop, juke, dancehall, and Afrobeats into sultry, pitch down tracks that keep the dance floor alive.

THE MEDICINE OF COMMUNITY - Presence, Music & Integration

Ena and Howard invite the USfest community to a 90-minute gathering of teaching, reflection, music, and embodied integration. Drawing from decades of experience in psychedelic facilitation, music, mysticism, and embodied spiritual practice, they will guide a grounded conversation on presence, belonging, and the sacred work of carrying these experiences into the way we live and love. The session includes a short teaching, guided reflection, community Q&A, and a live sound journey to settle the nervous system and anchor the experience in the body. Come home to yourself, to each other, and to the deeper field of connection that USfest celebrates.

 

GIRLS TWEEN EMPOWERMENT CIRCLE

Please join us for a tween empowerment circle for girls ages 9-13. In our time together, we will use movement practices, reflective listening and discuss topics led by the girls to build a sacred container that facilitates their sense of empowerment allowing the girls to be seen and heard. Most importantly we will get to know each other and have fun! Moms are welcome to attend.

 

BLUE LOTUS CEREMONY - A Breath Offering

We open with Sesen, the blue lotus, served as tea, the first doorway to source. Golden magic medicine follows, kin for the journey, alchemized with chosen frequency. Then the breath becomes circular, an old rhythm with no beginning and no end. The old tongue rises. Crystal sings. The body remembers what it has always known. We close in long, slow integration, savasana, sound, snack, sharing, letting the work settle deep into the bones. Bring water. Bring a blanket. Bring the part of you that is ready to come home.

 

JAM WAGON MEMORIAL PARADE

The Jam Wagon is a rolling beacon of rhythm and connection, weaving through the Us Fest grounds with spontaneous song, dance, and celebration that links camps, workshops, and stages while inviting everyone to join in and keep the beat alive. On Sunday at 6 PM, it leads a Memorial Parade from Family Camp to the Heaven Zest main stage at 7 PM, offering a soulful journey of remembrance, rhythm, and revival where music becomes medicine.

HEAVEN ZEST

Heaven Zest is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, live looper, and vocalist known for spirit-infused messages of magic and love, blending Reggae, Dub, EDM, tribal rhythms, and hip hop into audience-tuned, improvisational performances. After nearly two decades with Indubious, his solo work celebrates the triumph of the human spirit, shaped by his journey with Cystic Fibrosis, two double lung transplants, and defying all medical expectations.

SAINT MARTIAN

 

Saint Martian is a DJ and producer who grew up between Bend, Oregon, LA, and the French Caribbean (St. Martin and St. Barths). His sets pull from dancehall, hip-hop, trap, breaks, house, techno, drum and bass, and experimental minimal bass probably best kept to himself. He builds custom devices in Ableton Live: sound design and performance tools that support the kind of mixing he wants to hear, where structure serves intuition rather than the other way around. Spanning multiple genres and tempos, Ells has been rocking dance floors since the 90s underground electronic music scene, bringing a wide range of influences and a tasteful spin on all things good. With a passion for house and bass music, he crafts irresistible sonic experiences that blend hip hop, juke, dancehall, and Afrobeats into sultry, pitch down tracks that keep the dance floor alive.

Welterweight entered the music scene in 2013 with a deep love for all genres and quickly stood out for his ability to play to any crowd. Known for high-energy sets and seamless mixing, he lights up dance floors with a journey through electronic music, from drum and bass to house, trap, phonk, breaks, and beyond.
